How the trip planner works

Enter destination, dates and purpose – or a whole route with several stops, private stopovers and connections. TRIPORYX creates a dated checklist for every country on the route: entry rules for your passport, insurance, payment, connectivity, bookings. Each task has a deadline and can go straight into your calendar.

On the road you photograph each receipt and mark it business, private or mixed. Foreign currencies are converted at the ECB rate of the receipt date. After the trip you export the expense report as PDF and CSV.

German tax rules

Per diem allowances follow German tax rules and are shown when your home country is Germany. Per diem rates come from the official table of the German Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). If you pay tax elsewhere, the rules of your country apply.

Need the details first? Use the country information, the entry check or the China check.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?
No. Trips, days and receipt photos are stored only in this browser. With a backup file you can move them to a new device or keep them as an archive.
Does the planner handle trips to several countries?
Yes. Add stops, private stopovers and connections. Entry rules for your passport, deadlines and emergency numbers are worked out for each country on the route.
Why don’t I see per diem amounts?
Per diem allowances follow German tax rules and are shown when your home country is Germany. For other home countries the planner still separates business and private days, so mixed costs can be split correctly.
